To retrieve your order, you need to enter your email address and your order number below. The order number can be found in the order confirmation that you received in your mailbox in connection with your purchase. 

Use the enclosed return shipping label that you received in your package. 

It is also important that you place the return slip with the order number inside the box.

Regarding heavier packages, which have been delivered with home delivery, please contact webshop@casall.com for possible returns.
