“We always try our best to improve in terms of quality, but another major focus for me as a Product manager is to find new ways in the production to be more sustainable. With the new Bamboo series we are very happy to be able to find a new way in the production process to use natural materials to reduce the oil based materials with a minimum of 25%.”
MIKAEL LOTSENGÅRD, PRODUCT MANAGER.
WHY SHOULD I USE BAMBOO HOME TRAINING TOOLS?
Conscious choices start at home. And in our quest to achieve 100% conscious product by 2025 we are leaning more and more towards sustainable and eco-friendly materials, with bamboo being a prime candidate. Even though technically bamboo is a form of grass, it’s a very strong, durable and highly flexible material. Today there are a lot of natural ways to use bamboo as a signature sustainable material choice in combination with interior design and decor. Its beautiful aesthetic is a great plus, often being a selling point which convinces many to adopt the eco-friendly route.

Pressure point balls are specially designed to reach the deepest muscle tissues to relieve stress and tension. Use the ball to apply gradual pressure on knotted muscles to stretch, improve circulation and alleviate pain. It's the perfect product for both warm-up and post workout recovery. For more exercises check out our Pressure point ball guide.
Place the ball to the muscle you want to massage, apply the pressure as you roll the ball evenly back and forwards.
Place the ball under your foot, put pressure on it and work into the position slowly.
